As Vice President of Hardware and Advanced Solutions, Bill Wyckoff oversees a department who manages the OEM partner programs and relationships that support SHI’s customers and partners pre-sales technical needs.

Bill’s teams work closely with SHI’s sales teams and major hardware suppliers (including both HP divisions, Dell, Lenovo and Cisco) to provide expert technical and program support for our customers’ integrated hardware solutions.

Bill joined SHI in 1993 and has held various roles in procurement and sales before focusing on partner and product management.

Bill graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Cornell University.

As Director for Software Partners, Jacquie Goldstein is in charge of software partner management and pre-sales support resources for 150 of SHI’s top software volume licensing and cloud partners. Her team of six direct managers and 70+ employees serves as an extension to SHI’s sales force in providing subject matter expertise on our supported partners programs, products and solutions.

After receiving a bachelor’s degree in political science from Rutgers University (with a minor in English), Jacquie joined SHI in 1998.

As Director of Microsoft Products and Programs, Blake Gollnick leads the industry’s largest Microsoft support team. His team’s responsibilities include volume licensing consulting, operations, contracts and general marketing activities.

Blake is responsible for the strategic engagement, enablement and execution of SHI’s Microsoft licensing practice by developing and implementing project plans designed to increase Microsoft’s footprint and revenue across SHI’s business divisions. Blake has streamlined both SHI and customer processes that have contributed to SHI’s growth in becoming Microsoft’s largest North American partner.

Blake graduated from Monmouth University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. In his spare time, he enjoys contributing to the SHI Blog.

Ryan Sheehan is the General Manager of the Advanced Solutions Group. He reports directly to Hal Jagger and is responsible for data center solution sales and overall technical enablement for SHI's Corporate and Commercial sales teams.

Ryan joined SHI in 2009 from Softchoice, where he received numerous awards for his contributions to the business over his four year tenure. Prior to Softchoice, Ryan spent nearly ten years in IT leadership for a dynamic financial services company in Austin, TX.

Ryan received a B.S. in Electronic Engineering Technology, is actively involved in STARRY Foster Care, and enjoys volunteering in his local community.

As Managing Director of Enterprise Solutions, Glenn Davis is responsible for ensuring SHI’s customers and account executives are supported by 140+ IT professionals focused on designing and delivering advanced solutions that solve business challenges. Glenn’s team includes field-based sales engineers and service delivery consultants with expertise in end user computing, data center and security solutions. Prior to building and leading the Enterprise Solutions Group, Glenn managed the Engineering and Delivery team for SHI’s Professional Services Organization.

Glenn received his Bachelor of Science in business administration, management information systems from Rowan University before joining SHI in 2001.

As Senior Director of Marketing and Event Planning, Janet Valvano helps her team coordinate the joint marketing efforts of SHI and our partners. Janet’s team promotes both product and brand awareness for regional, national and sponsored events such as sales conferences, vendor shows, customer summits and other engagements.

Janet joined SHI in 1992 as a marketing assistant then responsible for managing SHI's marketing relationship with 10 software vendors and less than 50 SHI employees. Today, her department supports both internal and external events attended by thousands of SHI customers, partners and employees.

Janet graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in management science from Kean University.

As Sr. Director of Marketing and Communications, Ed McNamara is responsible for the creation and consistency of SHI's internal and external communications. His group of copywriters, graphic designers and data analysts ensure SHI's capabilities are most effectively represented through all forms of media, including digital, print and video communications.

Ed joined SHI in 1997 as an inside sales representative supporting Utah and Colorado. After six years as a business development manager, Ed founded SHI’s first Communications team in 2007.

After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in communications and journalism from Stockton University, Ed was a reporter for The Press of Atlantic City.

As a General Manager, Cheryl is responsible for leading all Demand Generation Initiatives for SHI Corp. Her team is responsible for the strategy, goal setting, and execution of all Demand Generation Campaigns with the goal of accelerating revenue growth. This is accomplished through comprehensive partner programs, strategic marketing campaigns, local customer events, and internal Communications. She is also responsible for all Microsoft Sales teams within SHI Corp.

Cheryl spent 15 years in Senior Sales & Operational Leadership positions at SHI, Lenovo and Softchoice where she has won numerous awards for both Sales Excellence and Leadership.

Cheryl graduated from Queen’s University and the University of Edinburgh with an Honors BA in Political Studies. She is passionate about celebrating the diversity of Women in Technology and is a Board Member of WiSH & the Chair of the WiSH Partnership Committee.

As Global Director of ITAM Services, Neil is responsible for all of the IT & Software Asset Management services SHI delivers to its customers. Neil originally built and led the European division of SHI’s IT and Software Asset Management practice before taking the global lead. His division supports successful software governance, license compliance, audit defense and ITAM/SAM optimization projects for customers of all shapes and sizes.

Neil has over 17 years of experience in the software and information technology business and has been specializing in the area of Software Asset and License Management for over 14 years.

As Senior Director of Purchasing, Vincent Casale is responsible for building and maintaining the systems and relationships that serve as the backbone of SHI's extensive partner network. His procurement group promotes confidence in SHI's logistical strength and works with optimum efficiency to keep SHI's overhead costs the lowest in the industry. By managing a supply-chain of thousands of software and hardware partners, Vince's group helps SHI deliver on the promise of a one-stop shop for all our customers' IT needs.

Vince joined SHI after 14 years of learning and managing the logistical nuances of the retail industry. He graduated summa cum laude from Montclair State University with a Bachelor of Science in business administration.
